Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs once an order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
